Posted on Jun 26, 2020 Connecticut Travel Advisory for visitors from states with high rate of COVID cases. Connecticut State Police Troop H in Hartford announced yesterday that they will not be stopping visitors from out of state due to COVID. The announcement came after residents asked how they 14-day quarantine be enforced when visitors arrive.
